Driveway Sealing and Siding Repair
Driveway sealing helps increase the quality and lengthen the life of your driveway, which is why it should be an important part of your home maintenance activities. Before we start the process, we first clip the grass on the edges of your driveway.
We then sweep and clean the driveway to remove any dirt particles, stains, and grease, to ensure the coating takes perfectly to the surface. We then deal with any potholes and cracks on the surface and seal them.
Using a paintbrush, we then make borders on the driveway to guide us on where to pour the seal coat. Finally, we pour the sealant, working it into the rougher surfaces until we get a level and smooth driveway. After we apply the seal coat, keep off the driveway until it is completely dry.
Depending on the condition of your driveway, we could use several coats of seal coat. We recommend that you seal your driveway over spring because the warmth lets the coating set properly.
The siding on your house might look strong and perfect but might not look the same after a strong storm or after many years of being there. At Orchard Valley Gutter and Exterior repairs, we fix any types of damages in your siding from mildew and mold buildup, holes, cracks, dents, and gaps.
